Renae Brown, as part of Hasbro's Global Experiences team, is dedicated to pinpointing and managing location-based entertainment (LBE) projects that utilize Hasbro’s beloved IP portfolio. She collaborates closely with various licensees to craft immersive brand experiences that not only boost fan engagement but also create new commercial avenues. Renae has been instrumental in testing pioneering retail formats that turn brand narratives into scalable, physical destinations.
On the other hand, Tom Lionetti-Maguire stands out as the founder of Little Lion Entertainment, recognized as the UK's largest immersive theatre company. He is also the mastermind behind the Arcade Arena, a unique real-life video game experience that brings play to life. Tom’s enthusiasm for the leisure and entertainment sector is contagious; he has earned accolades such as being listed in the blooloop 50 Influencer List for the immersive category in 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as being named one of The Sunday Times 100 Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2019.
