In a bold statement that may surprise some, Chelsea's head coach Liam Rosenior has asserted that Cole Palmer is "very, very happy" at Stamford Bridge, despite circulating reports suggesting that the young England forward is feeling homesick.

Rosenior clarified, "The frustration displayed during the Brentford match wasn’t due to unhappiness with the club, but rather stemmed from his inability to perform at the level he aspires to for the team. My responsibility, along with the club's, is to ensure he can consistently reach that desired performance standard."
Recently, Palmer missed Chelsea's narrow 1-0 win over Pafos in the Champions League due to a slight thigh injury. However, the Blues' manager indicated that they will closely monitor his response to training ahead of their upcoming match against Crystal Palace on Sunday.
