Roto-Rooter is gearing up for a significant partnership with Connor Zilisch in the 2026 racing season. The plumbing company has signed on as a sponsor for multiple races, marking a strategic move in the world of motorsports. This collaboration is set to make waves in the NASCAR Cup Series, with Roto-Rooter's presence on the track alongside Zilisch and Trackhouse Racing.
The relationship between Roto-Rooter and Connor Zilisch began in October 2024 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, where the young driver made his third career NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series start with JR Motorsports. This partnership has since blossomed, with Zilisch and Roto-Rooter combining forces to win a thrilling O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Sonoma Raceway in 2025. In a nail-biting finish, Zilisch outmaneuvered his teammate, Shanevan Gisbergen, to secure the victory in the 79-lap event. He grabbed the lead on lap 48 and held it for the next 32 laps, showcasing his skill and determination.
Thad Reinhard, President of Roto-Rooter Corporation, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season, stating, 'We're really looking forward to taking the next step into the Cup Series with Connor and Trackhouse Racing. Connor has been a great representative for Roto-Rooter the past two seasons at JR Motorsports. He's a great young kid and incredibly talented behind the wheel. We feel very fortunate to have this opportunity and we're all excited for the 2026 season.'
Zilisch, a NASCAR Cup Series rookie, shared his excitement about the partnership, saying, 'It's awesome to continue the relationship with Roto-Rooter into the Cup Series. I've met a lot of great people with the company over the last two years. The win at Sonoma was really cool, and I remember how excited everyone from Roto-Rooter was in victory lane after the race. I can't wait to grow that relationship this season.'
Roto-Rooter's on-track debut in the Cup Series will take place in April at Bristol Motor Speedway, as part of a unique doubleheader. In addition to their Cup debut on April 12, Roto-Rooter will also serve as the primary sponsor for Zilisch in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race on April 11, with JR Motorsports at the .533-mile concrete oval.
